Maria Wolfel is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). She is also a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in the State of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Maria is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200-hour) where she teaches vinyasa-style yoga at Mission Yoga Wellness Studio.

She approaches nutrition counseling by working collaboratively and interdisciplinary with each individual for their overall well-being, building healthful behaviors and habits around food to give you your healthiest self. She doesn't believe in food restriction, detoxes, quick fixes, cleanses, or quack science. She believes that if we want to heal our relationship with food for ourselves, then we need to break that generational hand me downs and create something that is for us , by us, serves us & heals us. When we heal our relationship with food that means we are no longer passing on old, outdated, generational diet beliefs. Creating a wholesome, nourishing personalized lifestyle that is inclusive of all the foods while still maintaining your happy healthy weight for the long-term, you create a life of happy health. (Remember, a happy healthy weight is the weight your body is meant to be at when you can fully restore a positive relationship with food.)
